CAR RENTAL, TAXI, TRANSFER
Please contact our staff at the reception desk if you require car rental, taxi or transfer services.
BED LINEN
We provide each of our guests with two pillows and a four-season blanket. Should you require extra pillows (of different types and fillings) or blankets, please inform our colleagues at the reception desk.
We change bed linen automatically twice a week or we provide clean linen daily upon request. Please inform our reception desk staff if you do not require a change of bed linen even in case of a longer stay.
SHOESHINE
An automatic shoe cleaning and shining machine is available in the lobby. If you need further shoe-cleaning equipment, please go to our reception desk for help.
PORTERAGE
Please inform our reception desk staff in case you need someone to carry your luggage.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel (including the balconies of the rooms). Please use the designated smoking areas only.
WAKE-UP SERVICE
Wake-up can be requested at the hotel reception desk or it can be set in the TV device as described in the TV channel menu.
ELECTRICITY
The electrical sockets comply with the European standard (230 V/50 Hz). Converters are available on request at the reception desk.
Mobile chargers are available upon request at the reception desk to charge guests' electrical devices.
CHECK OUT TIME
Please leave the room by 10 AM on the day of your departure. If you wish to stay longer, please contact our colleagues at the reception desk.
UMBRELLA
A limited number of umbrellas are available to rent at the reception at no cost.
PETS
Guests with pets have to pay a surcharge. Please do not bring your pets into the catering area, and inform our reception staff when it is convenient for you to arrange room cleaning.
CREDIT CARDS
The following cashless payment methods are available at our hotel: VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, SZÉP card (OTP, MKB AND K&H Bank).
INTERNET
Wi-Fi internet service is available in the entire hotel at no cost. A secure wired internet connection is also available in the rooms. Cable is available upon request at the hotel reception desk.
AIR CONDITIONING
Our rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning. Please contact our colleagues at the reception desk if you have any questions. Please keep the windows closed when using the air conditioner.
PRINTING
We offer our guests private and secure printing facilities in the hotel lobby. Please inquire at the reception desk.
SEWING KIT
If you need a sewing kit, please contact our staff at the reception desk.
VEHICLES
Parking and car charging
PARKING
Our guests can use the services available in the underground garage for a fee. Guests can use their parking card validated at the reception desk to driving in and out throughout their stay, up until noon on the day of departure.
CHARGING OF ELECTRICAL CARS
An electric charging station in the hotel garage is available at no further cost for those of our guests who wish to use our parking service.
Security
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Storing the luggage of our arriving and departing guests is provided in a secure, locked room. Please contact our reception staff if you wish to use this service.
VALUABLES, CASH
Please store your valuables in the room's safe, which is specially designed for safekeeping and can be locked with a code or a magnetic card, because we are only responsible for the valuables stored there.
Toiletries
BATHROOM AMENITIES
We provide our guests with towels, bath towels, bath mats, soap, shower gel, shampoo and paper cosmetic tissues.
Bathrobes, slippers, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and bathroom chairs are available at the reception desk.
Child-friendly services

Cots and baby cribs are provided upon request from our laundress or at the reception desk. High chairs are available in the breakfast room and in the café.

Breakfast is available in the hotel breakfast room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
COFFEE MACHINE
Each room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine and premium Costa coffee to ensure coffee lovers' complete joy.
CAFÉ AND BAR
The hotel's café serves bistro food with ingredients sourced from local suppliers, artisan cakes, mono desserts, quality coffee and drinks every day between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
MINIBAR
The in-room minibar provides drinks and snacks for a fee.

Cleaning services
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Daily cleaning is carried out between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Should you require cleaning at a different time on a given day, or not at all, or if you need extra cleaning, please contact our laundress.
If you notice a technical problem in your room, please contact the hotel reception desk.
LAUNDRY, IRONING
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM. If you drop off the clothes to be cleaned before 9:00 AM, we can complete their cleaning on the same day. We provide dry cleaning with a 1-day deadline. Please inform our reception desk staff of your request.
